What does the kickerman do with the slotcar?

-he mounts Ortmann tires
-he installs Frankenslot guide keel for Carrera (if you are driving a wooden track, please let me know!)
-he installs stainless steel screws to attach the power cables
-he oils the engine and the axle bearings and applies special grease to the axle gear
-he lets the engine run in for 2 hours
-he aligns the vehicle (not the axles)

-he mounts Ortmann tires
-he glues and grinds the Ortmann tires
-he mounts sponge rubber tires on the front
-he glues the sponge rubber tires and cuts them to the correct width
-he grinds the sponge rubber front tires
-he mounts the Frankenslot guide keel for Carrera (if you drive on a wooden track, please inform us!)
-he installs stainless steel screws to fix the power cables
-he installs a tuning motor with 25000 rpm at 12V
-he installs a new motor pinion
-he oils the motor and the axle bearings and applies special grease to the axle gear
-he lets the engine run in for 2 hours
-he aligns the vehicle
-he measures the wheelbase and then aligns the axles
-he mounts a professional axle gear
-he installs 2 or 4 new ball bearings at the front, depending on the model

What does Kickermann do with the mill?

-he mounts Ortmann tires
-he glues and grinds the Ortmann tires
-he glues a set of sponge rubber tires for the rear on a separate set of rims
-he cuts the rear sponge rubber tires to the correct width and grinds them to the correct width
-he optimizes the edges of the sponge rubber tires and installs rim inserts in the additional wheel set
-he mounts sponge rubber tires at the front
-he glues the front sponge rubber tires and cuts them to the correct width
-he grinds the sponge rubber front tires
-he mounts the Frankenslot guide keel for Carrera (if you drive on a wooden track, please inform us!)
-he installs stainless steel screws to fix the power cables
-he installs new professional sliders, aligns them and shortens them
-he installs a tuning motor with 25000 rpm at 12V
-he installs a new motor pinion
-he oils the motor and the axle bearings and applies special grease to the axle gear
-he lets the engine run in for 2 hours
-he aligns the vehicle-he measures the wheelbase and then aligns the axles
-he converts the complete chassis screws to Torx®
-installs a professional axle gear and adds another one for an optional gear ratio change
-he degreases the ball bearings, installs 2 or 4 new ball bearings at the front depending on the model and then oils them again
-installs a lighting kit including brake lights
-he lead-coats the entire vehicle for optimum performance
-tests the finished vehicle on our race track and then optimizes it
-performs a final function and performance test
